Just Take Notice

The goal isn’t a calm mind… It’s noticing your mind.

For a long time, I thought the point of meditation was to feel calm… clear… peaceful. Like I was supposed to “win” the morning.

Now I see it differently.

Most mornings I wake up… make a cup of coffee… sit in a quiet room… and just notice.

What thoughts are showing up… What patterns are repeating… How I’m actually feeling.

Some days it’s calm. Some days it’s chaos.

But the win isn’t changing it. The win is noticing it.

Because the more aware I am… the better I move through the day.

If you're down... just try it...just sit quietly for a few minutes and just notice the thoughts as they come...that's it...just notice.

Have a smooth morning,

Marc ☕️
